    Dream Home Construction, Erick Ulate, has done 3 projects in my home. First a half bath that required repair of a rotted subfloor and broken vent pipe. All fixed, turned out beautiful. 2nd project was rebuild an exterior living room wall that had a rotted sill from floor to ceiling windows. Installed new windows after rebuilding wall. other room improvements. The most recent was a complete kitchen gut and remodel. All work done within budget, some additional unexpected work as there is in remodel. EXCELLENT craftsmanship. TIMELY WORK, tidy up each evening.
